New Guest Dine-In Protocol

We are happy to still be able to serve our wonderful community with safe dine-in options that meet St. Louis County COVID-19 guidelines . If you don’t feel comfortable dining in again just yet, we offer no-contact curbside pick-up as well as delivery within a 5-mile radius when you order online.  At Farotto’s, we are dedicated to providing the safest environment for our staff and guests while adhering to all state, local, and CDC guidelines for health, safety, and occupancy.

We appreciate your support and patience as we navigate these uncertain and quickly changing times. As guidelines evolve and restrictions open up, we will continue to make adjustments, keeping you informed along the way.

Health and Safety Measures

STAFF HEALTH

All staff members are screened for temperature and signs of illness like cough or shortness of breath before their shift begins.

Staff members in the front-of-house will all be wearing gloves and masks.

Hand washing is mandatory with increased frequency.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Staff and guests are required to keep 6 feet of physical distance at all times. 

Our floor plan has been updated and marked to practice 6 feet of physical distancing in adherence with state and local guidelines.

FOOD SAFETY

Disposable menus, plates, utensils, and check presenters are now being used to prevent contact.

TOP NOTCH CLEANING

Contact surfaces including but not limited to door handles, tables, chairs, credit card processing devices, faucets, and bathrooms are sanitized regularly.

We are using disinfectant spray with active ingredients registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to kill any traces of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Sanitation Stations are located throughout the dining room and all service and kitchen areas. A designated team member per shift is solely responsible for sanitizing.

Signage has been added to our kitchen and dining room to encourage hand washing, prohibit handshaking or personal contact, and to practice social distancing.

DINE-IN GUEST PROTOCOL

At this time, dine-in service is only available on our spacious, covered, and heated deck.

New Guest Check-in Process: 

  • Please park in the REAR of the restaurant and text our dedicated dine-in number at (314) 915-4109 with the size of your party and the name.
  • We will then text your wait time. 
  • Please wait in your car and we'll let you know when your table is ready.
  • Follow the signs in the rear of the building for entering and exiting as we have designated doors for each.

In accordance with St. Louis reopening guidelines, dine-in seating is limited to 25% capacity. 

Restroom visits will be limited to one adult guest or one adult guest and child at a time.

NO CONTACT CURBSIDE DELIVERY

Our no-contact curbside carryout is still being offered for guest safety and convenience. 

No-contact curbside process: 

  • Place your order online or call (314) 962-0048
  • Pull into one of our numbered parking spots in the FRONT of the restaurant.
  • Text our dedicated carryout number (314) 915-4984 with your name and spot number.
  • Open your trunk and we'll place your order and your cocktails safely in your vehicle.
